Lois Stepney

Lois Marie Clay Stepney, MSW, LISW-S has served in the Columbus Community since 1995 in the mental health, substance use, and medical fields as a direct service practitioner, social services supervisor, and administrator. Ms. Stepney currently serves at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as an Urgent Care and Emergency Department Social Worker and Clinical Program Coordinator. Ms. Stepney is a PhD candidate with an expected graduation date of May 2023 from the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University. Ms. Stepney is an international presenter who enjoys tailoring professional development trainings for those in the helping professions.
