Joyce Lyons

Joyce A. Lyons, Ph.D., LPC

Joyce serves as the Project Manager for the Rural Crisis Center Network. This network includes crisis centers in Moscow, Lewiston, and Orofino at present, with plans for more. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lewis and Clark State College, and master’s and Doctorate Degrees from the University of Idaho in Education, with a focus on Counselor Education and Human Services. Joyce worked in Behavioral Health as a counselor, clinical supervisor, and program manager for the State of Idaho Behavioral Health program. Her passion in behavioral health is crisis intervention, prevention and education.
