Chelsea White-Hoglen

Chelsea White-Hoglen serves as the Organizing Training Director at Vot-ER, building the organization’s capacity for organizing strategic campaigns around civic health. She received both her BSW & MSW from Western Carolina University and brings a decade of experience as a rural community social worker in issues and policy campaigns related to recovery and harm reduction, healthcare access, economic injustice and more. Rooted & raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Western NC, Chelsea describes her passion as leveraging evidence-based healing practices for collective resilience and recovery in regards to trauma at the intersection of the personal, interpersonal, and political.
