Tara Moreno-Wallen

Tara Moreno-Wallen, M.A., ADS, is a woman in long-term recovery. She is also the founding director of the Serenity House Communities, owner of Green Tara Holistics & New Earth Recovery Housing. Serenity House is a 501(c)3 recovery community organization founded in 2015 located in Flint, Michigan & Lapeer, Michigan. Before founding each agency, Tara was an accomplished journalist and photographer working for various local magazines and newspapers. Tara holds a master’s degree in composition and rhetoric and a bachelor’s in telecommunications.
