Rebecca Cota

Rebecca is an NLC Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado, a trained Peer Recovery Coach (CCART), and Facilitator/ Facilitator Trainer of CRAFT. She has facilitated over 40 CRAFT groups since 2020 in both Spanish and English. She is certified in the Invitation to Change Approach L1 with the Center for Motivation and Change. For 30 years she has mentored and supported women and families overcoming the challenges inherent to familial alcoholism as a peer in long-term recovery. In addition to facilitating CRAFT groups and facilitator trainings for the BHA of Colorado, she works at Vivus Counseling in Colorado Springs where she provides SUD and DV treatment as a DVOMB Associate Level Candidate.
