Lesley Pregenzer

Lesley Pregenzer is the CEO of FAVOR Upstate in South Carolina. Before joining FAVOR, she was the Director of Development and Alumni Services at Pavillon in Mill Spring, NC. She brings over 25 years’ service as a non-profit professional., including a long tenure at World Vision, a humanitarian aid organization helping children overcome poverty. As a woman in long-term recovery, Lesley has dedicated herself to providing equitable access to all people in need of support.
