Karen Scott

Karen A. Scott, MD, MPH is President of the Foundation for Opioid Response Efforts (FORE). Dr. Scott is a board-certified physician in preventive medicine. She has over 20 years experience in healthcare policy, quality improvement and public health. Dr. Scott’s previous roles include senior leadership positions at the Commonwealth Fund, New York City Health and Hospitals, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
