Heather Ogden is a woman in long term recovery from Substance Use Disorder and mental health issues since 2010. She is a certified peer in both mental health and addictions, as well as a counselor intern with a BA in Psychology. A firm believer in the power of peers, Heather assisted in the planning and launch of multiple peer programs in NJ, as well as working in Assertive Community Treatment and as a counselor. She is the Training Coordinator for NCAAR-BH, and a Linkage to Care Coordinator with the CDC Foundation, working with OAG and DOH coordinating SUD efforts in NJ.
