Greg Young is the Director of the Recovery Friendly Workplace-PA initiative for Unity Recovery and utilizes his living experience to provide employment support and training to business owners and organizations across the state. The program provides free trainings to assist any size/industry organization to develop the infrastructure to become a certified Recovery Friendly Workplace, developing and maintaining a culture of wellness, empathy, and compassion resulting in heightened production, improved morale and retention, overall cost savings, and better recruitment. Unity Recovery serves the state with a breadth of in-person, phone and virtual programming, training, services and resources.
