Flo Hilliard has a Masters Degree in Addictions Counseling from the U of N Florida and is in long term recovery. She has worked as clinician, ad hoc faculty, video producer, and recovery advocacy champion. She created WI Voices For Recovery, WI Harbor Recovery Cntr and directed WI ED 2 Recovery as well as written and directed numerous grants.
Flo was one of the original RCSP grantees led by Dr. Westly Clark and is a founding member and a current trainer for Faces & Voices of Recovery.
She is currently working in the largest NIDA longitudinal study of the development of babies and children exposed to opioids in utero creating a first ever program to hire peers as part of the research team
