Dean Pasquale

Dean Pasquale identifies as a man in long term recovery from co-occurring disorders. He was previously employed at Lockheed Martin Corporation for seven years as an aeronautics inspector. Since entering recovery in 2018, he was a house manager at FRCO from 2019-2022, and now is employed at FRCO as Director of Peer Support. Dean is both a state and national CRPS w/Adult and family endorsements and was voted paraprofessional of 2023 for Broward County Recovery Month. Dean has also created a curriculum for Peer Support that has been approved by the Florida Certification Board to aid in growing the CRPS workforce in Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his 13 year old daughter Arlo.
