Betsy Craft
Betsy is a certified Colorado Peer and Family Specialist, anti-carceral drug policy advocate, overdose survivor, harm reductionist, community engagement consultant and community leader. She is passionate about mobilizing peer-led harm reduction services for marginalized communities and saving lives from preventable overdoses. She works from many platforms, including the Colorado Drug Policy Coalition, the Behavioral Health Administration’s Peer Support Steering Committee and Promotores de Esperanza. She is the co-chair of the Recovery Workgroup for the Colorado Consortium and leads the peer-led Advancing the Peer Support Workforce in Colorado Carceral Facilities subcommittee.
