Annie Powell

Annie Powell is a leader in the recovery field, with a passion for addressing the critical issues of workforce development, health equity, and service delivery in the behavioral health sector. She has over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, training, and development, and she is the founder and CEO of One World Recovery Network, a leading provider of recovery support services in diverse communities. Annie’s influence goes beyond her executive role. She is also a founding board member of the Center for African American Development, a national organization that supports the growth and sustainability of Black peer-led Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs).
