“Tony has been committed to long-term recovery since July 2003. He has over 16 years of experience as a Program Director of two Recovery Kentucky Centers: long-term, residential, peer-led, peer-driven, social model recovery programs in rural eastern Kentucky. Each center had at least 100 beds, serving men impacted by homelessness, housing insecurity, and involvement in the criminal legal system.
