Terah Sheppard is a dedicated recovery advocate, Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), and Trainer of Trainers. She serves as BCOR Project Coordinator at FAVOR Upstate, where her recovery experience shapes her approach to peer support. Her expertise includes developing data-informed approaches to peer recovery support and implementing strategic data systems to measure program impact. Terah is passionate about reducing stigma, removing barriers to care for people who use drugs, educating communities about harm reduction and life-saving practices, and advancing research on family recovery support.
