Rick grew up and raised his family on Long Island, N.Y. He graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics. After a 25-year career on Wall Street in the Tax-Exempt Bond Industry, Rick moved to South Florida and became the founder and CEO of the Fellowship Recovery Community Organization, he has lived sober for 30 years, and is dedicated to helping others do the same. Rick is married to Susan Tembeck Riccardi, who is also in long term recovery, he has 4 adult children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He is active in his local community: current President of the Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club, Trustee & Board Member of the Pompano Beach Chamber, and Member of Broward CRT.
