Michael Fox

A person in long term recovery, Michael has lived experience in addiction recovery, diagnosed with HIV in Feb. of 1994, and a history of incarceration. After his interaction with the DEA his life’s trajectory changed and his purpose was revealed to serve those with similar stories and how to help people get testing for HIV and Hep C along with bringing his ability to connect to them as a peer and get them the much needed resources to help extend their lives and not think of it as a death sentence. He has since created The Fox Project Foundation in 2020 that focuses on education, advocacy, and referral of those much needed resources and partnerships.
