Wilkes Recovery Revolution, Inc. has created a recovery eco-system that meets individuals where they are through ten unique programs across the continuum of care which include; R3 Recovery Center, Phases Transitional Housing, Wilkes Harm Reduction Collective/Mobile Recovery Health Unit, Project HOW (Healing our workforce)/Recovery Friendly NC, Wilkes Fresh Mobile Market, Fresh Start Farm, Revolution Thrift Store, Hope Warriors, Wilkes Quick Response Team(CIT)/24 Hour Warm Line, and Wilkes Post Overdose Response Team.
