Sean Mahoney
Sean Mahoney is a peer support specialist, recovery mentor and program manager for The Mental Health and Addiction Association of Oregon. He also works a facilitator, harm reduction trainer, freelance clinical peer supervisor and freelance writer. Mahoney has served as a faculty member for the Oregon ECHO Network since 2018. He regularly facilitates peer centered harm reduction trainings, LGBTQ+ culturally specific SUD treatment and harm reduction trainings as well as peer supervision trainings. Sean identifies as a person in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol since 2009. He lives in Portland, Oregon with his cat Larry.
